1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of TicketDrop, operated by CavenX (“we”, “us”). By purchasing a ticket you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service

TicketDrop is a resale marketplace for live-event tickets. We list available inventory, display all-in pricing upfront, and deliver tickets electronically to the email you provide at checkout. No account is required.

3. Payments

We accept two payment rails, both processed by licensed payment partners:

• Fiat (international): Cards, Apple Pay, and other methods supported by Razorpay. Settled in USD.
• Crypto: USDT on the Tron network (TRC-20) via NOWPayments.

Prices are shown in USD. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or wallet provider outside our platform.

4. Ticket delivery

Tickets are delivered digitally to your email after payment confirmation — usually within 60 seconds. You are responsible for verifying event name, date, venue, and seat details before purchase.

5. Eligibility

You must comply with local laws governing ticket resale in your jurisdiction. We may restrict availability in certain regions. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent where required by law.

6. Refunds and cancellations

See our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Crypto payments are generally final once confirmed on-chain. Card payments follow the refund policy stated therein.

7. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). See our Privacy Policy for rights, retention, and grievance contact.

8. Limitation of liability

TicketDrop is not liable for event cancellations, postponements, venue changes, or ticket invalidation by original issuers beyond our stated buyer protections. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
