Shipping and Exchange

No boxes. No waiting.

1. No physical shipping

TicketDrop does not ship physical goods. All tickets are digital and delivered to the email address you enter at checkout. There are no shipping fees, customs duties, or delivery delays.

2. Instant delivery

After payment confirms, your ticket appears on the confirmation page with download and print options. A receipt and ticket copy are also emailed. Delivery is typically under 60 seconds.

3. What you receive

Your ticket includes event details, seat information, and an entry code. Your order ID is included for support reference.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges between events or seat sections after purchase. Each listing is for a specific ticket. If you need a different ticket, complete a new purchase for available inventory.

5. Wrong email

If you entered the wrong email address, contact us immediately at pushkin@cavenx.com with your order ID and the correct address. We will assist before the ticket is accessed by a third party, subject to verification.

6. Resale by you

You may resell tickets you purchased subject to local laws and the original event issuer's terms. TicketDrop is not responsible for restrictions imposed by venues or organizers.
