1. Digital delivery

Tickets are delivered instantly on your confirmation page and by email. No physical shipping.

2. When we refund

• Invalid ticket delivered due to our error
• We cannot fulfill the order
• Duplicate charge without ticket delivery

3. Card payments

Eligible refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Contact pushkin@cavenx.com with your order ID.

4. Crypto payments

On-chain payments are generally final once confirmed. Approved refunds are sent to a wallet address you provide.

5. EU/UK consumers

Where applicable law provides a cooling-off period for digital goods, your statutory rights are preserved. Contact us within 14 days for eligible cases.
